We’re looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Floral Designer to join our team! If you love working with colors, textures, and design—and enjoy bringing beauty to life through high‑quality faux florals—this could be the perfect fit.

• Create custom artificial floral arrangements for retail sales
• Design wreaths, centerpieces, bouquets, and seasonal décor
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and manage floral inventory
• Collaborate with leadership on new product ideas and merchandising
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards and brand style

• Experience in floral design (artificial or fresh) preferred, but talent and creativity matter most
• Strong eye for color, balance, and composition
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable, motivated, and passionate about design
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail or production environment
