Dean, School of Education & Social Sciences

Missouri Valley College invites applications for Dean, School of Education & Social Sciences. This position is a full-time, renewable, non-tenure track position. The Dean serves as the chief academic and administrative leader of the School, providing strategic vision, operational oversight, and performance accountability for all academic programs, faculty, and student success initiatives within the School. The Dean is responsible for advancing instructional quality, enrollment growth, retention, fiscal stewardship, accreditation compliance, faculty development, and alignment with the College's mission and strategic plan.

Qualifications

* Master's degree required; terminal degree preferred.

* Prior administrative experience in higher education required.

* Demonstrated leadership in academic program development and student success.

* Experience with assessment, accreditation, and faculty evaluation.
