As a non-profit community hospital, Fitzgibbon Hospital is vital to the health and well-being of the communities it serves in the Marshall, MO and surrounding area. We are looking for a self-driven Accountant who is deadline oriented and has attention to detail to join our Accounting Department
. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• 8:00am - 4:30pm - Monday through Friday

• General Ledger duties, including posting monthly journal entries and accruals, completing banking tasks, and reconciling balance sheet accounts
• Payroll duties, including inputting and reviewing timecard data, knowledge of earnings and deductions, and maintaining and updating payroll checks and documentation
• Accounts Payable duties, including posting invoices, paying vendors and reconciling vendor statements
• Preparing financial statements and reports and ensuring accuracy of account balances
• Assisting in the completion of Governmental and State reports, tax returns and audits

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (GP)
