Position Summary

As a Commercial Sales Professional at Kibble Equipment, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships and driving sales within our ASP/Coop business base. Serving as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with operators and location managers to understand their agronomic, operational, and financial objectives, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your responsibilities encompass sales, technical support, strategic planning, and the seamless representation of all Kibble Equipment departments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and nurture key accounts to deliver exceptional experiences and solutions.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and address customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead the sale and implementation of new technologies for commercial products.
  • Achieve established sales metrics for volume, margin, and customer engagement across assigned accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer account information, including equipment and operational details, within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with dealership personnel, including IS Consultants, Parts, and Service teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay abreast of product knowledge pertaining to equipment, parts, and services available to customers, as well as financing and risk management options.
Qualifications
  • Preferred 5+ years of sales experience, or relevant work experience, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Notable experience with application equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and stay on task.
  • Familiarity with John Deere and competitive equipment, along with a solid understanding of technology and agronomic trends.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with Kibble employees, operators, and location managers in both one‑on‑one and group settings.
  • Knowledge of business, financial, and management practices within the commercial application field.
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust.
  • Flexibility to work seasonal hours as required by the demands of the role.

Compensation

The following represents Brandt Holdings compensation estimation based on market data and placement of internal employees. This is a salaried position with incentive opportunities. Account Managers average $75k and up in annual total income.
