Base Pay RangeHourly wage: $21.00/hr – $34.00/hr the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr.
Job Overview (Responsibilities)- Unload trucks and stock new freight.
- Spend majority of time in the backroom.
- Lifting heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, if required.
- Physical ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate forklift (if required). Experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to safety and inventory accuracy.
