Job Location: Marshall, MN – located north of Saint Mary's University in the industrial park.

• Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine‑related setup and/or CNC / SPS‑programming, if required.
• Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
• Executing tasks as ordered or explained.
• Reporting any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisors.
• Obeying all work rules and EHS regulations relevant to the assigned tasks.

• No education or experience required, but highly beneficial.
• Great hand dexterity.
• Ability to meet Vishay’s attendance policy (2% absenteeism rate or less annually).
• Ability to use a microscope for up to 9 hours daily.
• Ability to maintain good relationships with co‑workers and supervisors.
