Material Handler
Starting Pay: $19.25 per hour. Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. — 6 a.m.

7:10 a.m. — 3:30 p.m.

Marshall Distribution Center.

- Maintain inventory accuracy by reconciling physical counts with SAP system data and reporting discrepancies.
- Prepare and ship orders promptly, including promotional materials and interdepartmental packages, ensuring proper documentation.
- Generate accurate bar‑code tags and support real‑time material tracking for production orders.
- Assist with audits of manufacturing documentation and packaging inventory to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels of shipping forms and materials, coordinating reorders as needed with appropriate departments.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year(s) of related experience.
- Comfortable with recommending areas for improvement or efficiency and always being an advocate for safety.
- Must be able to operate scale, postage meter, and other office equipment and must know mailing procedures such as C.O.D., next day air, 2nd day air, etc. and regularly handle packages weighing up to 34 lbs.
