-3:15 p.m..; 36 hours/weeks
* Weekend and holiday call time rotation is based on the number of employed Surgical Technologists.

* ** A Brief Overview
** Performs scrub duties and assists surgeons with procedures.

** What you will do*
* * Assists surgeons by handing required instruments during procedures without difficulty.
* Documents controls accurately and correctly from Steris DX and flash sterilization.
* Performs all suture and instrument counts without error.
* Stores products appropriately.
* Checks for outdated supplies, noting before opening on the back table.
* Selects product(s) for procedures.
* Orients new staff as assigned.
* Maintains turnover time within acceptable limits.
* Maintains awareness of safety hazards and use of equipment to prevent damage or harm to personnel or patients.
