We are seeking an Estimator to join our in-office team. You’ll play a key role in preconstruction
, preparing cost estimates, reviewing plans/specs, and collaborating closely with leadership and project teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term role in a respected commercial construction firm.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and material takeoffs
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents accurately
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor pricing
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership during preconstruction
• Support budgeting and cost forecasting

• Experience in commercial construction estimating
• Strong knowledge of plans, specs, and construction materials
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with estimating software and MS Office

• Work with a highly respected, stable commercial GC
• In-office role with close collaboration with leadership
• Estimators have strategic involvement in preconstruction
