We are looking for Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) for an immediate travel opening in Marshall, MI. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of OTA experience and hold current BLS and COTA (NBCOT) certification.

• Deliver therapeutic activities and interventions as directed by the supervising OT.
• Monitor patient progress and report observations to the OT to support treatment plan adjustments.
• Document patient performance and progress accurately and in a timely manner per facility and state guidelines.
• Assist patients with exercises, mobility training, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to improve independence in daily activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care.
• Comply with state licensing rules and adhere to facility and professional standards.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Current BLS certification.
• NBCOT (COTA) certification.
• State‑specific licensure required.
• Ability to lift and assist patients safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of anatomy, motor function, and occupational therapy principles.
