Job Details:

• 2+ years of current CCU experience required

• Prior travel experience preferred

• Prior Cerner experience preferred

• Weekend rotation schedule

• On-call responsibilities when low censused

• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

• Michigan nursing license required

• Must demonstrate clear oral expression and comprehension skills

• Ability to speak clearly and write effectively

• Strong deductive and inductive reasoning abilities

• Proficiency with technology including EMR systems

• Ability to concentrate for extended periods and multitask effectively

• Manual dexterity required for managing IV tubing, syringes, and medical equipment

• Strong information ordering skills including medication calculations

• Must work sensitively with diverse patient and staff populations considering cultural and spiritual influences

• Ability to efficiently manage time with minimal supervision
