• Understand and lead all standard manufacturing maintenance systems.
• Execute production equipment maintenance to keep equipment reliability meeting capacity targets.
• Lead and coordinate the maintenance operating system.
• Participate in the production and evaluation of new equipment standards and specifications.
• Support safety, quality, technology and production improvement efforts by formulating, implementing and promoting plans.
• Focus on team building and personnel training for enhanced abilities.
• Lead and coach engineering and maintenance personnel.
• Work flexible hours across all standard, operating and rotational shift schedules, including day, night, weekend and holiday shifts.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical automation or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance management.
• 3+ years of knowledge and experience in PLC programming.

• Master's degree in mechanical, electrical automation or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance management.
• Six‑Sigma Certification.
• Experience in lithium battery equipment.
