CoreResponsibilities

- Ensure continuous improvement plans and implementation.
- Understand and lead all standard manufacturing maintenance systems.
- Execute production equipment maintenance to keep equipment reliability meeting capacity targets.
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance operating system.
- Participate in the production and evaluation of new equipment standards and specifications.
- Support safety, quality, technology and production improvement efforts by formulating, implementing and promoting plans.
- Focus on team building and personnel training for enhanced abilities.
- Lead and coach engineering and maintenance personnel.
- Work flexible hours across all standard, operating and rotational shift schedules, including day, night, weekend and holiday shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical automation or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance management.
- 3+ years of knowledge and experience in PLC programming.
- Master's degree in mechanical, electrical automation or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance.
- 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance management.
- Six‑Sigma Certification.
- Experience in lithium battery equipment.
