The Delivery Driver role is foundational to our success, delivering meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods, equipment, and supplies to customers’ drop‑off sites.

• Deliver best‑in‑class customer service throughout the day.
• Deliver customers’ orders on schedule and maintain productivity.
• Unload products with a hand truck and place items in customers’ storage areas.
• Perform repeated, manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds.
• Make frequent stops during a work shift.
• Deliver product in inclement weather conditions.
• Verify delivery of items with customers.
• Collect money (cash or checks) where required.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid CDL A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualification.
• Minimum six months of commercial truck driving experience or three months of food‑service or food and beverage truck delivery experience.
• Knowledge of FMCSA Clearinghouse registration.

The starting pay is $25.65 per hour during a 90‑day training period, after which the driver will receive component pay. Each new driver enters the component pay program following a minimum two‑week training period. Compensation varies by experience and location, with a base rate between $25.65 and $41.00 per hour.
