Performs mechanical tasks and repairs including mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of production machines;
Oversees planned maintenance and emergency repairs of restaurant decor, cooking equipment, refrigeration equipment, heating and air conditioning, lobby area, and store cleanliness;
Executes daily work orders including preventive maintenance and installation of new equipment;
Calls equipment companies to provide technical support and identifies parts needed to repair tools and equipment;
Observes all safety rules and maintains a clean and orderly working area
