As a Branch Ambassador, you will work with people, share product knowledge, and play a vital role in the customer banking experience. You will perform transactions (check cashing, deposits, transfers, withdrawals) while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to operational policies and procedures. You will resolve customer inquiries quickly and deliver an extraordinary customer experience. The role requires adaptability, a growth mindset, and a focus on customer experience.

• Connect with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, whether assisting with technology challenges, casual conversation, or showcasing banking services and products.
• Help determine personal and business financial needs to reduce customer financial anxiety and guide customers to appropriate financial solutions with the help of experts as needed.
• Operate in compliance with audit and security policies and procedures in accordance with Bank policy and federal regulations.
• Support customers across branch needs, including cash handling and service needs, and rotate within the branch based on customer needs.
• Enhance the overall retail customer experience by reducing handoffs, with each Ambassador acting as an expert.
• Be curious and eager to learn about Capital One products, services, and experiences to guide customers toward their financial goals.
• Demonstrate digital savvy by using branch laptops and iPads to educate customers on mobile and online channels and other products and services.
• Work as part of a team of banking professionals and inspire teammates through collaboration.
• Research and answer customer inquiries to improve retention and engagement, using tools and channels to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Travel between branches within the assigned local area to support the market you are assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience

• Associate’s degree
• 2+ years of retail, sales, or banking experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salary information is provided for candidates hired to work within these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked.

• Harvey, LA: $43,680 - $43,680 for Branch Ambassador
• Marrero, LA: $43,680 - $43,680 for Branch Ambassador
• New Orleans, LA: $43,680 - $43,680 for Branch Ambassador
• Westwego, LA: $43,680 - $43,680 for Branch Ambassador

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be paid according to the pay range for that location. The offer letter will reflect the actual annualized salary.
