We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for our corporate office on the Westbank. This position would be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices daily/weekly. This is a full-time position with little to no overtime. Benefits include:
Medical (paid mostly by company), dental, vision, life insurance, 401k match & vacation.
- Process all vendor invoices
- Expense report reconciliations and payment
- Verify purchase orders
- Credit card reconciliations
- Review fixed assets reports
- Other duties as needed to assist AP Manager
- High school diploma required
- Two plus years of high volume AP experience in a professional environment
- Working knowledge in MS Dynamics is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and very detailed
- Ability to handle a high volume of transactions
