Duties:
  • Pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules (deliveries in Michigan and parts of Ohio)
  • Load and organize product inventory from warehouse into your vehicle daily
  • Always keep the vehicle clean and organized
  • Collect signatures at delivery locales
  • Check in with warheouse on delivery progress as needed
  • Maintain and organize all delivery paperwork and deliver it to the proper personnel at the end of each sift
  • Refuel and service vehicle as needed
  • Report any accidents or vehicle issues encountered, while on route, to supervisor
  • Follow the rules and regulations of the road at all times
  • Follow all company and state-enforced safety requirements for loading and dunloading prodcut
  • Clean gages received for calibration
  • Shipping and Receiving backup when needed
  • Building maintenance as needed
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record free of any moving violations
  • Proficient at driving and parking large vehicles
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate computer skills (data entry, software navigation and utilization post-training, basic Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to problem solve
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of prior delivery driving experience
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
  • Bending, kneeling, standing, frequent sitting, grasping of objects required
  • Constant driving on delivery routes
