Sporting Goods Department Manager - Marquette Store (Full-Time)

Location: Marquette, MI 49855

Department: Sales floor

Sporting Goods Department Manager is responsible for overseeing employees within the hunting & fishing departments. You will assign tasks to employees, ensure tasks are completed, resolve customer concerns or issues, ensure employees are properly trained within their assigned department, and perform other duties as assigned by management. Previous experience or knowledge with various sporting goods products is preferred.

Preferred: 2 years of related professional experience and knowledge of sporting goods products.

Job Type: Full-Time Hours

Schedule: Flexible Work Schedule, Varied Shift Times, Every Other Weekend Rotation

Targeted Pay Range: $17.25-21 per hour

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)
