Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T1334) s role involves assisting guests, delivering strong operations, and providing an excellent guest experience through knowledge of apparel and brand offerings.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.75 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising and signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the salesfloor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with laws (e.g., adult beverage laws).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to manage multiple tasks within established time frames

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; stay mobile for scheduled shift
