• End Date: July 13, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift, RN)
• Hours per Week: 36 (guaranteed)
• Weekend Hours: Rotating
• Patient Ratio: 5:1 to 6:1
• Electronic Health Record: Cerner EHR (experience with Cerner preferred)
• Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue or Navy
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,360 - $2,480 per week

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor's degree required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in a medical/surgical unit required – Medical-Surgical RN experience
• Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in acute care settings
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes high-acuity environment
• Adherence to professional dress code and hand hygiene policies

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients (ages 18–125) in a medical-surgical setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions using telemetry monitors, Baxter IV pumps, Kangaroo pumps, bladder scanners, and Dynamaps—telemetry and acute care monitoring experience preferred
• Document nursing care, assessments, and interventions accurately and timely in Cerner EHR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, pharmacy, case management) to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to similar units as needed to support staffing and deliver continuity of care
• Demonstrate professionalism, patient-centered communication, and compassion in all patient and family interactions
