How you will contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) - Quality Lead II who excels in this role:

* Maintains regulatory, accreditation and certification requirements and processes.

* Conducts performance and process improvement activities through consultation, development of performance measures, education, chart reviews, root cause analysis, data collection and analysis to achieve safety and quality goals.

* Analyzes data, develops presentations and facilitates meetings.

What we are looking for

Preferred applicants should have a state of Michigan RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school (master's degree preferred).

Non-RN applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in related field (master's degree preferred).

Additional requirements include:

* Two (2) years' experience in quality management, patient safety, or regulatory activities.

* Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)

* Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) (Preferred)
