Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Unit

Full-Time | 0.9 FTE | 12-hour shifts | Nights

$7,500 Sign-on Bonus Available (Based on meeting eligibility requirements).

UP Health System - Marquette is part of Lifepoint Health, a diverse healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier. In our 16-bed specialty inpatient rehab unit, patients receive acute med/surg care when needed and staff promote patient independence while ensuring safety.

• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care.
• Document patient care provided.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living: personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.

Applicants must have a Michigan RN license and an associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS‑HCP).
