• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), rotating weekends
• Hours per Week: 36 (Guaranteed hours)
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1800-$1840
• Patient Ratio: 5:1 to 6:1 (Adult and geriatric patients)
• Electronic Health Record:
  Cerner
• Equipment:
  Telemetry monitors, Baxter IV pumps, Kangaroo pump, Bladder scanner, Dynamaps
• Dress Code:
  Galaxy Blue or Navy scrubs

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in a medical/surgical unit
• Current ACLS certification
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Willingness to float to similar units as needed
• Compliance with hospital dress code and infection control policies

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in the med/surg unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Cerner EHR
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
• Operate telemetry monitors and specialized medical equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond effectively in emergency and high-stress situations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
• Deliver compassionate support and patient education to individuals and families
