Senior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Lakewood Family Medicine Clinic, Harvey, Michigan

Full‑Time | 1.0 FTE | 8‑hour day shifts |
Sign‑on Bonus $7,500 (based on eligibility)

• Collect and document patient intake data and maintain accurate records.
• Provide patient support that considers emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious, and economic factors.
• Assist with routine clinic support activities.
• Act as an advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment per clinic policy.
• Coordinate nursing staff to facilitate accessibility and continuity of care.
• Coordinate requests of physicians and office staff regarding patient activities and needs.

• State of Michigan LPN license and graduation from an LPN or LVN program.
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS‑HCP) certification.
• Minimum six (6) years of clinical experience.
