Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies and initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TPM).
- Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks across manufacturing processes.
- Facilitate and manage continuous improvement projects from conception through to successful implementation and sustainment.
- Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels in continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and financial impact of CI initiatives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and waste elimination throughout the organization.
- Develop and implement standardized work procedures and best practices to ensure process stability and sustainability.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent Lean certification).
- Expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen) and their practical application.
- Strong project management, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and engage cross-functional teams in improvement efforts.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for complex data analysis.
- Experience leading Continuous Improvement initiatives related to Industry 4.0 or digital transformation.
- Certification or deep experience in specialized Lean methodologies such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Theory of Constraints (TOC).
- Demonstrated financial modeling skills for evaluating the ROI of improvement projects.
