3rd Shift 10pm-6am Sunday-Thursday  Performs routine maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities electro/mechanical, robotic controls systems. Performs preventative maintenance, such as changing fluids, replacing filters, adjusting tension, clean intakes and cold-air returns, etc. May operate snow removal and/or grounds keeping equipment.
** Education/Experience
** High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum   Two or more years experience operating and/or repairing machine shop equipment (CNC lathes, Grinders, Mills, etc.)   

Experience with PLC’s, Fanuc and Mitsubishi Controllers   Strong electro mechanical, robotic controls background preferred  
** Essential Functions, Knowledge and Competencies
** Ability to lift 125 pounds with assistance   Exceptional ability to solve problems and apply problem solving logic in an efficient manner   Must have a strong sense of urgency and ability to quickly evaluate problems and generate solutions   Ability to deal with stressful situations in a calm and controlled manner   Must be able to take direction and have the ability to effectively work with people   Must be available for all shifts and be on call as required   Ability to stand for extended periods of time (8-10 hours or more), frequent bending and twisting  
** Responsibility/Authority
** Repairs and maintains all plant equipment   Assists in prioritizing daily work schedules in conjunction with the Facility Engineer and Operations team   Responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner   Coordinates with plant personnel, minimizing down time for repairs   Performs Facility Maintenance to include the proper upkeep of the facility and grounds   Performs research and orders spare parts to expedite machine repair and keep costs under control   As required provides training and technical guidance to maintenance personnel
