Position SummaryThe Primavera Unifier PMIS Administrator is an individual contributor responsible for the overall management, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Primavera Unifier Project Management Information System (PMIS) within the Capital Engineering (CE) / EPMO organization.
This role serves as the primary system owner and will collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT partners, and external consultants to ensure effective system performance, business process alignment, and ongoing system evolution. The position may also support other Digital Tools initiatives within the EPMO as workload allows.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ongoing administration and end-user support for Primavera Unifier.
- Manage user feedback and enhancement requests.
- Lead Business Process (BP) configuration including design, testing, and deployment.
- Coordinate production change management with IT.
- Maintain company-level Unifier properties and configurations.
- Create and manage users, groups, roles, and partner companies.
- Assign and manage user access permissions and licensed users.
- Create and modify Project Shells.
- Maintain workflows and associated permissions.
- Maintain BP setup for each project shell.
- Define data views and create data cubes.
- Develop User-Defined Reports (UDRs) and dashboards.
- Establish base currency for cost functions.
- Manage proxy users and system announcements.
- Generate system usage and access reports.
- Review vendor upgrades and assess business impact.
- Coordinate testing and deployment with IT and consultants.
- Ensure seamless production upgrades with minimal disruption.
- Partner with EPMO and business users to identify reporting needs.
- Develop dashboards and reports or coordinate with consultants.
- Develop and deliver training in partnership with EPMO Communications & Training Lead.
- Mentor new and existing users.
- Develop and execute change management plans for system updates.
- Ensure alignment of Unifier Business Processes with EPMO standards.
- Maintain help documentation and process consistency.
- Support integration with other enterprise digital tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of Primavera Unifier administration experience.
- Strong expertise in BP configuration, workflows, shells, and user security setup.
- Experience creating dashboards, data cubes, and UDR reports.
- Experience managing production systems and system upgrades.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
