We are seeking a passionate Christian Leader to lead our school(s) into the future. This leadership role is essential in guiding the academic, spiritual, and operational aspects of the school while fostering a Christ-centered environment.

• A regular attendee at the Church of their choosing
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• A minimum of six years of experience in consistent organization leadership roles
• Proven track record of leading teams of educators or similar in multidisciplinary collaboration
• Previous experience as a teacher or principal is preferred by not required, as overall organizational leadership is the primary requirement

• Provide strategic leadership and vision to advance the school’s mission and values
• Oversee academic programs and ensure high educational standards
• Foster a positive school culture that supports students’ spiritual and emotional growth.
• Build strong relationships with parents, faculty, and local community partners and churches
• Ensure effective communication and transparency within the school community
• Model biblical principles in personal and professional life, providing spiritual leadership for staff, faculty, students, and families
• Diligently steward school by ensuring alignment with the Board, Vision and Statement of Faith
• Exercise prudent oversight of budgets, financial management and compensation structures
• Ensure secure management of confidential information
• Promote Accountability and Professional Growth by implementing performance evaluations and supporting ongoing development for teachers and staff to uphold high standards of excellence
