The Graduate Admission Counselor is responsible for successfully managing the graduate enrollment funnel of assigned programs, ensuring the achievement of enrollment targets through strategic management of on campus, off campus, and virtual recruitment events, admission practices, and yield strategies. They will create and manage communication plans for prospective students, applicants and admitted students, and coordinate efforts with colleagues, faculty and other departments on campus.
The Graduate Admission Counselor will use a proactive and collaborative approach to ensure recruitment efforts are consistently aligned with institutional objectives and adapt strategies based on data insights.
