RequiredSkills
- Valid medical license and board certification in Radiation Oncology
- Proven experience in delivering external beam radiation therapy, preferably with Varian True Beam systems
- Strong knowledge of radiation physics, treatment planning, and patient safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educate patients
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working in hospital-based oncology clinics
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary care coordination and patient navigation
- Previous experience with advanced imaging and dosimetry techniques
Education and Experience
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with specialization in Radiation Oncology
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in radiation oncology treatments
- Certification in Radiation Oncology by an accredited board is highly desirable
- Availability to start on 02/11/2026, with initial orientation and subsequent shift coverage as outlined
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties from 2/16-2/22, with required on-call procedures and protocols
- Compensation of $1.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and additional benefits as outlined below
