Required Skills:

• Valid and current Radiation Oncology certification and licensure
• Strong knowledge of radiation therapy protocols and equipment operation, specifically Varian True Beam
• Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and handle call responsibilities confidently

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Prior experience in a hospital-based radiation oncology setting
• Familiarity with additional oncology treatment modalities
• Certification in dosimetry or medical physics
• Bilingual communication skills

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with specialization in Radiation Oncology
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in radiation therapy
• Proven track record of functioning effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on or before February 11, 2026
• Willingness to participate in rotating call schedule from February 16 to 22
• Ability to travel to various hospital and clinic locations as needed
• Compliance with all healthcare regulatory standards and facility policies
