Call Coverage:
On call during entire assignmentCall Response Time: 20 minutes
Hospital procedures + call
Assigned & unassigned patients
Facility will accept multiple providers
Trauma Level II
Locum provider will not have a scribe
Provider responsible for all charting and documentation
Provider must review all pathology results
Provider must communicate results and follow-up recommendations to nursing staff for patient letters
EGD
Colonoscopy
Sigmoidoscopy
PEG / PEG-J tube placement
pH studies
Manometry
Hydrogen breath testing
Capsule endoscopy
ERCP Required / EUS - Preferred
4 Procedure Rooms / Endo Suites
Olympus equipment
Propofol anesthesia
Well-established and highly experienced Endoscopy team
Average: 12 procedure patients per day
Inpatient volume:
Less than proceduresPhone Consults: 2-4

Board Certified Gastroenterology - Required
Active Michigan License - Required
Fellowship - Preferred
ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS - Required
