Required Skills:

Board Certification or Eligibility in Radiation Oncology Proven experience in delivering precise radiation treatments Strong understanding of linear accelerators, specifically Varian True Beam systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to patient safety and quality care Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with advanced radiation techniques such as IMRT, SBRT, or image-guided radiation therapy Familiarity with hospital-based electronic medical records systems Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting Relevant certifications or additional training in radiation oncology Preferred

Education and Experience:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Active medical license in the state or eligibility to obtain licensure Minimum of 2 years post-residency experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Other Requirements:
