The Executive Administrative Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who provides confidential administrative support to the President/CEO andVice President of Strategic Initiatives. This role is responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing corporate documents, and maintaining official records. The position also serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and supports the Advancement team with events and donor engagement.
Additional responsibilities include composing correspondence, facilitating the student mentorship program and assisting the Executive Leadership Team. Strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Have a valid Michigan driver’s license and good driving record
Three to five years’ related experience and proficient computer skills are required. Associates degree or higher with experience in a multi-faceted office environment. Ability to multitask, use Office Suite and have excellent communication skills required.
