• Originate residential mortgage loans including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and referral partners
• Consult with clients to determine the best loan options based on financial goals
• Guide borrowers through the application and loan process from start to finish
• Maintain compliance with all lending regulations and company policies
• Actively prospect and grow your personal pipeline

• Experience in mortgage origination preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Sales or customer service background is a plus
