• Diligent in going after your goals, and not being afraid to ask questions
• Exudes exceptional customer service skills

What you would be doing:

• Attending daily team meetings
• You have a variety of avenues to choose from as a Sun God salesman! You can either generate your own leads and sell, recruit for your team, or solely manage your team.
• Attend sales training sessions
• Shadow with your mentor. This is the 50/50 chaperone process where you will get 50% of the deal when the homeowner signs the contract, until you close your first deal: just for shadowing!
• Follow the clear, fast progression path we set out for you where you can manage and grow your own team
• Explain all the benefits of going green to homeowners, all while forming and maintaining those relationships.
