Overview of the Role

• The Retail Sales Representative will manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will take pictures and complete reporting requirements using provided technology. This role includes merchandising and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds.

  Marlton, NJ (within a 40 - 60 mile radius)
• Part time: 20 hours per week
• Compensation: $20 hourly
• Sell, merchandise, and gain/maintain distribution within a variety of accounts.
• Ensure clients  products are well stocked and place orders if stock is low or unavailable.
• Use mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.
• Switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communication with store teams throughout the day.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and be able to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
• Work independently with clear directions and strong communication skills.
• Paid drive time at $0.70 per mile; steady, consistent hours with route flexibility; PTO, sick days; 401(k) with company match; weekly pay.

What You’ll Do at C.A. Fortune

• Gain and maintain product distribution by building relationships with store teams.
• Retail tasks include ordering products and stocking shelves from new orders; conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify accurate representation of our clients  products on store shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment and professional appearance with attendance and dress code adherence.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with minimal supervision; comply with store guidelines.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.

What You Should Bring to the Table

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver License
• Proof of automobile insurance
• Reliable phone service and internet access for daily communication
• Ability to drive to stores in the assigned territory for retail tasks & audits
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently
• Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (but not required)
