You are in charge of assisting the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You will contribute to the store’s success through a structured training program of 3 or more weeks to prepare you for leadership responsibilities.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and reach across countertops.

Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving can be high. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts/difficult situations is required.

Pay Range: $23.50 per hour - $26.50 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined using factors such as location and experience. Panda makes no guarantee of earnings or bonus programs and reserves the right to modify or terminate bonus programs at any time.
