Overview

We are looking for versatile Heart of the House Team Members to work in our Kitchen, including Assemble, Breading, and Grill positions. Our HOH Team Members focus on Quality and Fresh, Food, Fast — ensuring guests are served quickly with high quality.

Our HOH Team Members work on a fast-paced kitchen line, hand breading proteins, cooking fries, and assembling salads and sandwiches. They adhere to all food safety practices and stay up to date with the latest food safety guidelines. We value teamwork and taking care of people while following PDQ policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work on a fast-paced kitchen line (assemble, breading, grill, hand breading proteins, cooking fries, assembling salads and sandwiches).
• Adhere to all food safety practices and procedures; stay up to date on food safety guidelines.
• Deliver quality guest service and contribute to quick, efficient service.
• Partner with Team Members and Management to maintain a clean, sanitized work environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Minimum age: 16 years old.
• Available for 4-8 hour shifts from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
• Able to work at least 3 days per week, including weekends.
• Basic kitchen skills and basic food safety skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
• Ability to work clean and maintain a clean and sanitized workspace.
• Ability to connect with guests and deliver on the PDQ purpose – Delighting Our Guests.
• Commitment to our menu and service training; effective communication with team members, management, and guests.
