Ennoble Care is seeking a dedicated full-time Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing patient intake processes, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining confidentiality while adhering to all relevant guidelines and regulations.

• Take care of and monitor prior authorization requests.
• Communicate as needed with patients to obtain insurance information.
• Answer phones, receive all referral and intake information.
• Complete referral/intake forms and route them appropriately for admission approval.
• Assist in scheduling the appropriately skilled person to fill the case; input scheduling information on the computer.
• Check common working files for Medicare coverage and verification of benefit period.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with coworkers from various departments.
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary remotely.

• Knowledge of insurance policies, coding, and clinical operating policies.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of computer systems, programs, and spreadsheet applications, with proficient skills in computer navigation and typing.
• Ability to understand and interpret policies and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret medical charts.
• Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness.

• ICD-10: 1 year (Preferred)
• Prior Authorization: 1 year (Preferred)
• Significant experience verifying insurance in various insurance portals.

$19 an hour
