Operations Processor

* Description
* We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Processor 1 to support two teams with routine operational tasks and process execution. This role focuses on completing work accurately within established procedures, while also identifying opportunities to improve individual workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable receiving regular guidance from a supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform routine operational support tasks within established guidelines and procedures.

* Identify opportunities to improve individual work processes.

* Receive regular direction and escalate questions or issues as needed.

* Interact with internal client personnel to provide or obtain basic information.

* Maintain timeliness, accuracy, and quality across all assigned tasks.

* Balance workload effectively to support the needs of two teams.

* Update and maintain intranet-based team social sites (e.g., SharePoint), ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with internal standards.
Candidates can work their 20 hours how they see fit - 4 hours per day, or can work 3 days / week to meet the 20 hours, etc. Team is flexible on schedule (Only between 8-5PM)

* This is a Contract position based out of Evesham, NJ.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.38/hr.
