Cen Exel’s research sites specialize in Phase I to Phase IV clinical trials across Psychiatry, Acute Post Op Pain, Asian Bridging, Dermatology, GI, and Neurology. Each center has in‑patient capability and experienced clinical research managers.

Under moderate supervision, the Patient Liaison Specialist I represents patients and families, directs queries and complaints to appropriate professionals, and consults with healthcare providers on patient progress.

$20–$21 per hour, depending on education, experience, and skill set.

Day and night shifts on weekdays, weekend nights.

• Meet with patients to discuss the quality of their care.
• Collect information about the patient’s treatment progress.
• Communicate patients’ questions, concerns, and issues to appropriate staff.
• Explain policies, procedures, rights, and applicable regulations to patients, providing informational resources.
• Inform families about patients’ treatment progress.
• Participate in discharge processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to best practices, FDA Code of Federal Regulations, ICH, GCP, Cen Exel SOPs, site practices, protocol, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Preferred: degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Prior experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Qualification to perform CPR.

• Indoor clinic environment.
• Physical requirements:
  
  sitting, typing, standing, walking; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Reporting to work as scheduled is essential.
• On‑site work arrangement.
