Balance Life & Work with a New Career Opportunity. Now Hiring - Director of Environmental Services at Care One at Evesham, Marlton, NJ. Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $92,000.00.
Responsibilities- Manage and supervise the housekeeping, laundry and floor care staff at the center according to policies and procedures, and federal/state requirements.
- Provide leadership, support and coordination to ensure quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met.
- Maintain records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel and equipment.
- Train, perform quality control and in-servicing of staff.
- Assess work quality using QCIs for documentation purposes.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 years of related experience in Environmental Services
