Respiratory Therapist​/Nurse

Offering $25 to $45 per hour

Respiratory Therapist / Nurse – Lincare is currently seeking a team member to join a growing unit. The role involves setting up home medical equipment such as ventilators, monitors, CPAP/BiPAP units, nebulizers, oxygen concentrators, and mechanical ventilators, as well as educating patients and their attendants on proper use of the equipment.

• Set up, operate, and provide education on home medical equipment including CPAP/BiPAP machines, nebulizers, oxygen concentrators, and mechanical ventilators
• Inspect, test, and adjust equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Review prescriptions and patient information to assess condition and determine suitable treatment as per physician orders
• Maintain patient records in a complete and organized manner in compliance with accreditation standards
• Maintain current knowledge of respiratory homecare techniques and relevant respiratory therapy concepts
• Work on‑call after hours and weekends as needed
• Frequency of on‑call is determined by center size and staffing availability
