Certified Home Health Aide – Care One – Marlton, NJ

Job Summary

Balance life & work with a new career opportunity in assisted living. Salary $18–$24 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist in ADL activities – personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care, and nails.
• Assist with toileting, positioning, transfer activities, and frequent turning of bed‑bound residents.
• Assist with prescribed exercise and ROM activities taught by the hospice nurse.
• Perform light housekeeping of the individual’s unit or room, including linen changes and laundry.
• Feed and assist with meals.
• Obtain temperature, pulse, and respirations as supervised by the hospice nurse.
• Report any changes in a resident’s/patient’s condition to the hospice nurse (and facility nurse if applicable) and document the information on the Home Health Aide Certification of House form, including the date, time, and recipient.
• Assist or remind the patient to take medication in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State‑certified CHHA license.
• Experience in hospice or home health (preferred).
• No experience required, but a year of experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
