Per Diem (PRN), 7AM-7:30PM (Days) or 7PM-7:30AM (Nights) (Includes weekday & weekend shifts)
Compensation: $22 per hour plus shift differential

The Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation is an inpatient hospital dedicated to providing exceptional and compassionate care to patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputations, and multiple traumas.

• Obtain vital signs, height, weight, and demographic data.
• Assist patients with personal and daily care, such as bathing (bed bath, chair at sink, tub, and shower), oral hygiene, shaving, and hair care.
• Deliver meals and snacks, feed patients who are unable to feed themselves, and document oral intake, including supplements.
• Turn and position immobile patients safely while maintaining proper body alignment; participate in the mobility program.
• Answer patient call lights and perform services that add to the physical well‑being of the patient.
• Transport patients to designated areas, such as to and from various treatment centers.

• Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospital experience and certification as a nursing assistant preferred.

Four (4) shifts per 6‑week schedule. One Saturday or Sunday, one winter/summer holiday.
