We are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. You will report to the Director of Financial Planning.
What You'll Do- Analyze and consolidate client data to help prepare financial plans
- Conduct data gathering meeting with clients
- Help with other financial planning client service, research, and operational tasks
- Review Financial Planning software analytics to determine additional client touchpoints
- Help draft planning emails to reach out to clients
- Participate in Portfolio Strategy Group meetings to increase investment planning knowledge
- 1 or more years of experience in the Financial Services industry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Comfortable working with internal team and clients
- History of providing quality customer service to external and internal clients
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to adapt
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Basic Investment, Income Tax, and Personal Financial Planning Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Coursework obtained or in the process to be eligible for CFP® track
- Experience with Envestnet Money Guide Pro , Holistiplan, Tamarac Reporting, and Salesforce,Zock's. and Co-pilot preferred

- Annual base salary range of $58,000 to $60,000, plus potential bonus, based on qualifications and experience
