• Conduct tax interviews with clients face‑to‑face or via virtual tools such as video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare complete and accurate federal income tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
• Grow your tax expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
• Ability to work a minimum of 25‑35 hours weekly throughout tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
• Must meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements.
• High school diploma/equivalent or higher.

$11.00 - $27.00/Hr.
