• Work with customers in person, by phone, by email, and by text
• Create a welcoming, pressure‑free experience
• Guide customers from first conversation through delivery
• Follow a proven sales process and CRM workflow
• Build trust, repeat business, and referrals

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• A positive, professional attitude
• Reliable, motivated, and coachable
• Experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, or sales is a plus
• Automotive experience is helpful but not required

• Consistent customer traffic
• Clear expectations and goals
• Training and coaching from day one
• Paid 90-day training period so you can focus on learning and ramp up with confidence
• Ongoing development and room to grow
• $60,000–$120,000+ annual earning potential based on performance
