Are you a confident customer service or sales professional who enjoys building relationships and driving results? We're looking for a Customer Sales Executive to join our fantastic client in the Marlow area.

We're working with a well-established, growing business that supplies specialist products to professional clients across the UK. They are looking for a confident and motivated Customer Sales Executive to join their friendly, high-performing team. This is an outbound-focused role where you'll build strong relationships with an existing customer base, support field sales colleagues, and drive revenue through proactive telephone sales.

About the candidate

You’ll enjoy speaking to customers, building rapport and achieving results, and you’ll be organised, target-driven and comfortable working in a busy sales environment. You will bring experience account management, telesales or customer service, along with a confident and friendly telephone manner, strong organisation and attention to detail, a proactive and positive approach to hitting targets, and the ability to work well as part of a wider team.

Salary: £26,000 base (OTE £31,000)

Hours:

8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

What you'll do
  • Make regular outbound calls to a portfolio of existing customers to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Work closely with field-based sales colleagues to support accounts and maximise opportunities
  • Process orders, handle enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Promote new products and identify opportunities to increase sales
  • Work towards agreed targets for calls, revenue and profitability
  • Provide cover for inbound calls and general account support when required
  • Keep records and systems up to date with accurate customer information
